Handmade items, including car freshies, may require 3–5 business days for processing.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Highway Honey & Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages
