At Highway Honey & Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you have any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Car Freshies
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Because our freshies are handmade and scents are a personal preference, we cannot accept returns on freshies once they have been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

- Photos of the packaging
We will work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for clothing items if:
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The requested size is available.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the order has already been processed, shipped, or is a custom item.
